We are proud to announce through a partnership with PRISMA Health, we are introducing on site medical and psychiatric services at the Queer Wellness Center through PRISMA providers.

Project HEART is a deliberate approach to improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ individuals in the Upstate of SC. Aligning with our mission and vision, Project HEART addresses the healthcare barriers of the LGBTQ+ community by removing obstacles that marginalized and underserved communities face. By establishing a queer affirming medical clinic individuals can access services in a safe environment making them more likely to initiate care and continue with follow up care.

Patients are seen by appointment only coordinated with each respective practice using this form. Patients are billed through PRISMA directly.
